In May 2009, Leilani drove a hydrogen fuel cell Ford Focus in the Viking Rally, a zero emission rally across Norway. She finished 2nd in the hillclimb, beaten only by World Rally driver Henning Solberg. Leilani drank the water exhaust from her car at the finish line.
